Associate Assistant Headteacher successfully completes the National Professional Qualification for Special Educational Needs Coordinators (NPQSENCo)

We are delighted to celebrate the achievement of Mrs Brown, who has successfully completed the National Professional Qualification for Special Educational Needs Coordinators (NPQSENCo), a prestigious national qualification that recognises exceptional leadership and expertise in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Completing the NPQSENCo represents a significant professional accomplishment and reflects Mrs Brown's unwavering commitment to ensuring that every young person receives the support, opportunities and encouragement they need to thrive. The qualification demands considerable dedication, academic study, critical reflection and the application of research-informed practice, requiring participants to develop both strategic leadership skills and a deep understanding of inclusive education.
