Sixth Form Students Help Younger Pupils Turn the Page
Ten Sixth Form students from Kesteven & Sleaford High School and Carre's Grammar School took time out of their studies this week to read stories for pupils at Chapel St Leonards Primary School, another school within CIT Academies, close to Skegness.
The stories were recorded to form part of the Chapel St Leonards Virtual Library – which can be accessed anywhere and pupils are able to choose one of the books at school, scan a QR code with a tablet and then listen to the story as they flick through the pages.

The project will grow over time as various other students, adults and visitors across CIT Academies read books for the library.
We are extremely proud of our 10 students who auditioned in front of KSHS School Librarian, Mrs Gibson, before showcasing their storytelling expertise in front of the camera.
