Izzy plays Football for Boston but over the past few months she has been undertaking a coaching course called the Lincolnshire Lionesses, which is an initiative under the FA. It’s a coaching course where girls develop their coaching skills so that there are more female coaches in football, allowing more access to the sport for young girls. She has been assistant coaching Sleaford U10 girls on a Wednesday evening and last week passed her final phase by planning and leading a full session to the whole team. She also helps out with Sleaford Mini greens on a Saturday Morning if she hasn’t got a match with her own team.
