Rivers of the World art workshop

On Friday 18 March students in Year 9 embarked on the Rivers of The World project, which uses arts-based learning to link students from different countries through the study of their local river.

The students will have a day and half in total working with our art technician and resident artist Emily Cartwright to create some artwork inspired by our partner country, Nepal, and the Bagmati River. On Friday we used paper cutting, printmaking and collage techniques to create a piece based on Nepalese Paubha paintings.
