We understand that as young people the pressures you face in this modern world are bigger than ever before. We appreciate that it is unrealistic to think that your state of wellbeing will be high all of the time. But we also know that those young people that thrive at school (and in life generally) are those that are most able at identifying when they are not feeling their best and are very effective at responding to their needs. Getting to grips with your wellbeing is a hugely valuable life skill, which will enable you to realise your potential both in and beyond school.
Below is a list of places that you can consult for help or advice on how to manage your wellbeing.

  • Email address to seek support, where a member of staff will reply with advice – help@kshs.uk
  • Health & Wellbeing representatives on Student Council - see Student Council noticeboard
  • Form Tutor
  • Head of Year
  • Any other member of staff that you trust
